Forbes McIntosh, president of Government Policy Solutions (GPS), has over 20 years experience providing full-service representation for clients at the state, municipal and county levels of government. Mr. McIntosh advises a wide variety of corporations, industry trade groups and elected officials on public policy and budget issues. Respected for his knowledge of the legislative process and his methods of lobbying by both Democrats and Republicans in the Senate and the Assembly, Mr. McIntosh assists clients by developing strategic plans, creating alliances, establishing personal relationships with key policymakers and directly lobbying Wisconsin’s legislators and state agency officials.
